The PIN is how this person clocks in. Give everyone a unique, non-obvious PIN. The schedule sets when a forgotten shift auto-closes.

Export records

Keep periodic exports for your records — Irish working-time records must be retained for 3 years.

Settings

Employer name and reg number appear on the staff screen and on exports. The grace is the extra time allowed before a forgotten shift is auto-closed and flagged for review.

Each employee signs their period first; then you counter-sign to approve. Approved periods can be printed as a signed statement.
