Clocking out automatically signs your hours for the day. You only need to log proper rest breaks — short toilet/comfort breaks don't need to be recorded. Totals shown are net (time worked, breaks removed); gross is clock-in to clock-out.
Your time off is booked straight away. Please also email your manager or HR to let them know as soon as possible — ideally in advance for planned leave, or at the earliest opportunity for unplanned absence such as sickness — so cover can be arranged.

Added straight away as approved — no employee request needed. Codes: H Holiday · H1 Morning · S Sickness · M Maternity/Paternity · C Compassionate · L Lieu · CD Course · BH Bank Holiday. Only H reduces the annual-leave balance.
Adds the 10 statutory Irish public holidays (code BH) to every active employee for the chosen year. Run it once a year; re-running won't create duplicates.
Staff book their own time off — no approval needed. Use Del to remove an entry made in error.

The PIN is how this person clocks in. Give everyone a unique, non-obvious PIN. The schedule sets when a forgotten shift auto-closes.
Add historical shifts for periods before you started using the system. Existing days are never overwritten, and signed-and-locked periods are skipped.
Creates one shift per working day in the range, using the employee's own schedule (start, finish, working days). Quickest for full months of standard hours — you can tweak individual days afterwards in Records.
One shift per line: date, start, finish, break (break optional). Example: 2026-03-04,08:00,16:30,30. Times are Dublin local; a header row is ignored.
Keep periodic exports for your records — Irish working-time records must be retained for 3 years.
Printable weekly grid — From/To/Breaks per day, weekly totals, and a signature line. Groups by month when sign-off is set to monthly.
Employer name and reg number appear on the staff screen and on exports. The default schedule pre-fills the Add-employee form. The grace is the extra time allowed before a forgotten shift is auto-closed and flagged for review. The two entitlement statements appear on the employee "My rights" tab, the signed statement, and the CSV exports — edit them to suit.
Each employee signs their period first; then you counter-sign to approve. Approved periods can be printed as a signed statement.

Everything you need to clock your hours, book time off, and sign your timesheet.
Only log proper rest breaks (e.g. a lunch break). Short toilet/comfort breaks do not need to be recorded.
Each day shows your worked hours and any time off you've booked (shown as a coloured chip). You can also export the month as a CSV for your own records.
The My rights tab summarises your rest-break and public-holiday entitlements under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 (general guidance, not legal advice).
A tour of every admin tab and what it does.
Staff book their own time off. This tab lists everything booked; use Del to remove an entry made in error. You can also add an absence directly for someone (e.g. record sickness) and load the Irish bank holidays for the year. Holiday (H) reduces a person's annual-leave balance; the other codes don't.
Create a person with a unique PIN (how they clock in) and a working schedule (start, finish and working days) — the schedule is required and sets when a forgotten shift auto-closes. The start/finish default to 08:00–16:30.
Employer name & registration number (shown on screens and exports), default schedule, auto clock-out grace, the sign-off period (monthly or weekly), the lock behaviour for edits to signed periods, and the editable working-time entitlement text shown to staff and on statements.
